Singapore Suspends Arrest Warrant For Fmr Romanian Envoy Blamed For Hit-And-Run

Singapore has suspended the arrest warrant for Romania’s former envoy Silviu Ionescu over disagreement on the interpretation of the Vienna Convention article regarding diplomatic immunity, Singapore’s Foreign Minister George Yeo said Monday in Parliament, newspaper Straits Times reported.
